All items are in stock and ship by the next business day. Special delivery items are shipped as they are received.
All orders with a domestic US shipping address will ship for a flat rate of $6.99. Most will be sent USPS Priority Mail, but some larger packages may ship via UPS.
All international orders will ship USPS International Priority Mail and the cost will be based on USPS rates.
Returns are accepted for any reason for a store credit. You must contact Whitknits.com upon receiving your order and the return items must be in their original condition. If a significant amount of time has passed since you received your order, the return request might not be honored.
Please note that I am an avid recycler and will reuse shipping boxes and other materials whenever possible. My packages may not be as pretty as some, but they are carefully packed and environmentally friendly.
